The store is operated by SURJIT, INC, doing business as Arcade Liquor, a licensed California off-sale retailer (CA ABC License No. 626708) at 4431 1/2 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Eligibility & age (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you and the recipient are 21 or older and that you will not purchase on behalf of anyone under 21. A valid government photo ID and adult signature are required on delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order where age or identity cannot be verified.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Products, descriptions & availability
We work to describe products and vintages accurately, but labels, packaging and images may vary, and availability is not guaranteed. Products are subject to stock and may be discontinued at any time.
5. Pricing & errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, errors in price or description may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, even after it is placed, with a full refund.
6. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch it; until then we may decline or cancel it (for example, for stock, pricing errors, or failed age/address verification).
7. Payment & billing
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes and delivery. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
8. Taxes
Applicable sales and excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applied in accordance with California law.
9. Shipping, delivery, title & risk of loss
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide and acceptance by an adult 21+. We ship only within California, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
10. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Alcohol is final sale except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
11. Promotions & discounts
Promotions, coupons and discounts are subject to their stated terms, may be limited or withdrawn, and cannot be combined unless stated.
12. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; purchase for resale or for anyone under 21; misrepresent your age or identity; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; or infringe our or others’ rights.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, imagery and design — is owned by Arcade Liquor or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is accurate, lawful and your own.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Liquor and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arcade Liquor harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.
18. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
19. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your purchases.
