Arcade Liquor is a neighbourhood bottle shop on Slauson Avenue, serving the Windsor Hills and View Park neighbourhoods of Los Angeles. We are a licensed California off-sale retailer, and we run the shop on one simple idea: make a neighbourhood liquor store you can actually trust.

What began as a corner store has grown into a deeply-stocked destination for spirits, wine and beer. Generations of locals have walked through our doors — for the Friday-night bottle, the special-occasion splurge, the gift that needed to be just right. Through all of it, we’ve stayed family-run, community-minded, and obsessed with getting it right.

How we choose
Our shelves aren’t filled by an algorithm. Every bottle is hand-picked by people who actually drink them — balancing rare allocations with the staples our regulars rely on, and always making room for the new releases everyone’s asking about. If it isn’t good, it doesn’t earn a spot.

Arcade Liquor is the trading name of SURJIT, INC, a California corporation. The store operates under a Type 21 (Off-Sale General) licence issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, licence number 626708, for the premises at 4431 1/2 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043.
Finding us on the street. Our shop sits inside the Arcade on West Slauson Avenue, and the shopfront is signed Windsor Hills Wine & Spirits. If you are looking us up on Google Street View or walking the block, that is the sign to look for — same shop, same owners, same California ABC licence (No. 626708). Arcade Liquor is the name we trade under online and on our Google listing.
You do not have to take our word for any of that. Anyone can confirm the licence number, the licensee name and the licensed address directly with the State of California using the ABC Licence Lookup.
The current licence has been held by SURJIT, INC since 2021, when the business changed hands. The licence issue date, the licensee name and the premises address are all shown on the State of California record linked above, so every claim on this page can be checked against it.
