With a mash bill of 90% rye and 10% malted barley; Cotton Club Canadian Rye is a 100-proof cask strength limited-edition release (just 1,595 6 pack cases) and is aged for 20 years in used bourbon barrels. The aroma is rife with sweet fair candy, grassland, and wet earth over citrus. The flavor combines vanilla, spice, and molasses with layers of white pepper and citrusy oak.
