This Privacy Policy explains how Arcade Liquor (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://arcadeliquor.com/, contact us, or place an order. It also describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). By using our site you agree to this policy.

- Identifiers & contact data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, and account login details.
- Age confirmation: confirmation that you are 21 or older (and ID verification occurs at delivery; we do not retain a copy of your ID).
- Order & commercial data: products purchased, order history, and customer-service correspondence.
- Payment data: payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits) but do not store full card numbers.
- Internet & device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address and delivery address, to confirm we can lawfully deliver to you.
2. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you (when you order, register, or contact us), automatically through your use of the site, and from service providers such as our payment processor and delivery carriers.

- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to verify age and eligibility;
- To take payment and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions;
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
- To comply with alcohol-sale, tax and other legal obligations;
- To operate, secure and improve our website;
- With your consent, to send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate, and we do not sell your personal information. Categories of recipients:
- Payment processors — to take and secure payment;
- Delivery carriers — to deliver your order and verify age on delivery;
- Technology providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics and consent-management providers who process data on our behalf under contract;
- Advertising & measurement partners — we use Google (Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, and Google Merchant Center, via the Google Listings & Ads integration). These set cookies and may receive your device and browser identifiers, IP address, pages viewed and purchase events so we can measure advertising performance and show relevant ads. - Legal & safety — regulators or authorities where required by law, and to protect our rights, customers and the public.
5. “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we do use Google advertising and measurement tags (see Section 4), and under California law that activity may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We want to be straightforward about that rather than claim otherwise.
You can opt out at any time by rejecting advertising cookies in our cookie banner, by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control in your browser (which we honor where required), or by emailing us at support@arcadeliquor.com. Opting out never affects your ability to place an order or the price you pay.
6. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use: essential cookies (required for cart, checkout and security); analytics cookies (to understand site usage); and, with your consent, advertising cookies set by Google for conversion measurement and remarketing. Advertising and analytics storage is denied until you consent where consent is required. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break checkout.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and alcohol-regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit at checkout) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required by law.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, used and disclosed;
- Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money, but certain Google advertising activity may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Sections 4–6;

An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization. We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable).
11. Children
Our site and products are intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., maps, social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies.
